The new 2020 Hyundai Elantra pushes the interior design envelope once again with a standard five-inch color audio system, Bluetooth and steering wheel audio controls. Hyundai's Blue Link connected car system with three years of complementary services is also along for the ride as are a Qi wireless charging pad in the Limited model.

Step up to the higher trim levels and take advantage of the available AVN 5.0 with faster processor, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, HERE HD Traffic and an 8-inch Multimedia Navigation System. Elantra Performance - Loaded With Features!

For the 2020 model year, the new Hyundai Elantra is available with a variety of powertrains, depending on trim level. The base SE, SEL, Value Edition and Limited models rely on a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine making 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque. This engine is mated to Hyundai's Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) for stepless gear changes. The ECO model has a turbocharged 128 horsepower 1.4-liter with auto start/stop, paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Elantra Sport is powered by an award-winning 201 horsepower 1.6-liter Turbocharged four-cylinder engine and mated to the same dual-clutch transmission.  

Inside, the Elantra includes refinements of all types. New standard features include the Intelligent Variable Transmission, dual-zone automatic temperature control, a 3.5-inch TFT cluster display between gauges, Engine Idle Stop & Go on ECO model, a new horn, and the Hyundai SmartSense suite of STANDARD safety features including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Driver Attention Warning.   Those ordering the Elantra Limited and Ultimate Package models will also receive Smart Cruise Control (SCC) to make their highway drives more comfortable. With Radar-mounted sensors, the system maintains a set distance from vehicles ahead, adjusting speeds as needed. Safe Exit Assist will sound an alert when a vehicle approaches from behind as you try to exit from the Elantra. Finally Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with pedestrian detection helps to detect pedestrians as well as vehicles ahead of you.
